Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping MacKintosh Photo offers free international shipping on all orders. Physical prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Finland: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by MacKintosh Photo.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at aatu.mackintosh@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
